To access the full features of Beautiful Brides, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements in your country of residence.
• All information provided during registration-including your name, date of birth, photographs, and personal details-must be truthful, accurate, and current.
• You may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to comply with our verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.

3. User Conduct and Community Standards

Beautiful Brides is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and genuine dating environment. All users must adhere to the following standards of conduct. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund:

• No harassment or abuse - Threatening, intimidating, bullying, or harassing other users in any form is prohibited.
• No fraudulent activity - Soliciting money, operating scam schemes, or engaging in deceptive practices toward other members is strictly forbidden.
• No fake profiles - Using false identities, stolen photographs, or misleading personal information is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
• No explicit content sharing - Distributing, uploading, or transmitting sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive material through Platform communication channels is prohibited.
• No impersonation - Misrepresenting yourself as another person, entity, or Beautiful Brides representative is not permitted.
• No commercial solicitation - Using the Platform for advertising, promoting third-party products or services, or recruiting members for other platforms is prohibited.
• No automated access - Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access Platform data or interact with other users is forbidden.

We actively monitor compliance with these standards. Our moderation team reviews reported behavior and reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion, including permanent removal and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

4. Platform Services and Credits

Beautiful Brides offers both free and premium services. Free services include account creation, profile browsing, and receiving match suggestions. Premium features-such as live video chat, instant messaging, virtual gift delivery, and priority profile placement-are accessible through our credit-based system.

• Credits are the Platform's internal currency used to access premium features. Credits can be purchased through the Platform using standard payment methods.
• All credit pricing is displayed transparently at the point of purchase. There are no hidden fees, automatic upgrades, or undisclosed charges.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and hold no monetary value outside the Platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to third-party services.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains in active, good standing.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and package structures with reasonable advance notice to users.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive for complete user satisfaction. Our refund policy operates as follows:

1. Anti-Scam Refund Guarantee - If you believe you have been the victim of fraudulent activity by a member, report the incident to our support team. Verified cases qualify for a full credit refund as outlined in our Anti-Scam Policy.
2. Technical Issues - Credits lost due to verifiable technical malfunctions on our end (such as disconnected video sessions) will be restored upon request.
3. General Refund Requests - Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a request, contact [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference.
4. Processing Timeline - All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items - Credits that have been used for messaging, video chat sessions, or gift delivery are non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beautiful Brides provides its Platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in romantic matches, relationships, or marriage. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, compatibility, and mutual interest.
• We are not liable for the actions, behavior, or representations of any user, whether online or in person. Users interact with each other at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for any content posted by users, including messages, photographs, or profile information.
• We disclaim liability for any damages arising from third-party websites or services linked from the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and technology comprising the Beautiful Brides Platform are the exclusive property of Beautiful Brides or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to your profile (photographs, biographical text, etc.), you grant Beautiful Brides a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time by removing it from your profile.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, downloading, redistribution, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination due to user misconduct are forfeited.

You may voluntarily deactivate or delete your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings feature. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

10. Changes to These Terms

Beautiful Brides reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and display a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any modifications, you must discontinue use and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
